We offer Yoga classes at all levels at your home;
apartments, villas and hotels as well as on the beautiful beaches of Ramatuelle in the Saint-Tropez Bay in south of France.
Beginners as well as advanced, we explore together the practices of Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga.
Dynamic or gentle practice, the sessions are personalized according to your needs.
In each class, in addition to the Asana postures, we learn Pranayama breathing and meditation called Dhyana.
Each practice is an opportunity to learn more about yourself, discover your limits while respecting your body.
Amulya is a Sanskrit term meaning "priceless", Yoga means "union".
Invaluable are the moments we take for ourselves, to find inner serenity and to lead a simple and happy existence. Amulya Yoga was born four years ago, it is about our journey through learning Yoga, meditation and Thai Yoga massage and the desire to share it with you.

Hatha Yoga

Surya Namaskara - Sun Salutations Hatha Yoga, 12 times
Asanas standing, sitting, prone, 9 breaths
Closure series: asanas on the shoulders, on the head, 9 to 12 breaths
Shavasana - Relaxation, 10mn
Pranayama - Breathing exercises: Sama Vritti, Nadi Shuddhi, Kapalabhati, Bhramari, 10 to 15mn
Vinyasa Yoga






Meditation - 5mn
Surya Namaskara A and B- Sun Salutations Vinyasa Yoga, 5 times
Asanas standing, sitting, prone, 5-7 breaths
Closure series: asanas on the shoulders, on the head, 7 to 9 breaths
Shavasana - Relaxation, 10mn
Pranayama - Breathing exercises: Sama Vritti, Nadi Shuddhi, Kapalabhati, Bhramari, 10 to 15mn
Yin Yoga




Relaxation, 5mn
Postures and counter-postures around the spine, hips and shoulders; work on flexions, extensions, right and left rotations, adductions / abductions, internal and external rotations and right and left lateral flexions.
Postures (sphynx, dragonfly, butterfly, snail, etc.), 3 to 5 minutes
Shavasana - Relaxation, 10mn
