“To understand what Yoga is, the answer will not be found on a website. To truly understand what the practice of Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga or any other form of Yoga is, everyone will have to experience it. "

Hatha Yoga

Hatha is a sanskrit word, "Ha" means Moon and "Tha" means Sun. 

It represents the union of all dualities, it is the roots for all yoga practice. 

From the moment we are practicing asanas (positions), breathing exercices (pranayama) or meditation (dyana), we are practicing Hatha Yoga.

In Hatha Yoga class we explore each asanas slowly and mindfully to appreciate and understand the benefits of the practice on our body and mind.


We hold the position between 1 to 3 minutes, the opportunity to improve our concentration and prepare ourself to reach a deeper state of meditation.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa means "to place in a certain manner".

It is the combinaison between breath and mouvement. 

From the moment we move our body according to our breath we do a vinyasa.

In Vinyasa Yoga class, we practice static and dynamic postions with fluidity. 

If the sequences are free they should respect a specific order to enhance the benefits of the practice.

We hold the postions between 5 to 9 breaths. 


The dynamic rythme of the sequences request a good physical condition but any positons can be adapted regarding the capacities of the practicioner.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a gentle practice where "we don't use the body to get into a pose but, we use the pose to get into the body."

If the practice of Yoga provides physical, mental and emotional benefits, the practice of Yin Yoga will also act in depth on the connective, passive tissues - the fascias, tendons and ligaments.

In a Yin Yoga class there are only a few poses and they are held passively for 3 to 5 minutes. Thanks the body weight and the gravity, we gradually merge into the pose in order to discover eventual blockages, while working the energies circulating throughout the body.

This practice aims to improve flexibility and mobility of the body.

An opportunity to enhance your ability to relax and meditate.

Yoga is for everyone, new to practice, practicioners or advanced practicioners. I prepare my classes with care and make sure that everyone can evolve at their own pace. Taking care of our body and being aware of our limits, is the first step toward the self-respect.
