BIO
I was born and raised in South of France with my lovely parents originally from Vietnam and Spain and my three brothers.
Parents and grandparents, all of them, have been travelling a lot throughout their life. Listening about their stories from my childhood gave me a profound desire to explore the world.
In 2018 I travelled to Mysore, India, where I began my yoga journey.
I understand that a new life and a different manner to see things is offering to me. I decide then to dedicate more time to explore myself throughout various practices.
B.K.S Iyengar said : "Yoga is a mirror to look ourselves from within."
Same as the fog which appears on a mirror and we remove to see ourself, Yoga is a mirror which removes all the layers that cover us and reveal our true self.
If I understood early that my family is my greatest strength and wealth, it took me time to find my own path. Today I feel confident and at peace to pursue in this path of life.
" A journey of thousand miles begin with a single step"
And I would like to share with you every step of it.
