Cancellation Policy

• We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for private lessons.

• The cancellation of a private lesson within 24 hours prior to the appointment results in full payment.

• Cancellation of a private lesson within 24 hours may be rescheduled depending on availability.

• In case of delay the session will end at the time originally scheduled.

• Group lessons must be canceled by the establishment no later than 8:00 p.m. the day before the lesson. If canceled between 8:00 p.m. and midnight, a 30% compensation must be paid. Cancellation of a group lesson on the same day entails full payment.
