Dhyana, meditation, in Sanskrit language, is an integral part of the practice of Yoga. She is the seventh member of Asthanga Yoga, described in Patanjali's Yoga Sutras.  

 

You will find an article as well as audios to explore or discover meditation-relaxation techniques that can complement your Yoga practice. Techniques that I use regularly in addition to breathing exercises, Pranayama, during my Yoga classes. Meditation is also put into practice during my Thai Yoga Massage sessions where the mind remains in the present moment and each movement is done in consciousness.
